经常遇到这种情况，然后网上查了失望后只能乖乖地重启电脑
；不过，现在找到解决办法了：
先关闭Eclipse，删除eclipse.ini文件(需要重新配置Eclipse)，重启adb.exe，后再打开Eclipse。
重启adb.exe方法：win+R--->cmd--->adb kill-server adb start-server
（这先要确保adb.exe所在的文件夹在系统的环境变量中）。
