oa数据库Oracle隔一段时间远程连不上，但是oa还是能连上数据库

oa数据库用的是Oracle，运行一段时间远程连不上数据库（用plsql developer也连不上），但是oa还是能正常运行能连上数据库

诊断：

1、检查监听状态时卡住

root@OAServer2 # su - oracle

（一直卡住这里）；

2、检查监听进程，发现有2个监听程序（其中一个监听进程20044的时间和listener.log日志的最后修改时间（2013-7-29 12:58）都是同一天（今天是2013-8-5），猜测可能是这天出了什么问题导致又开启一个监听进程）

root@OAServer2 # ps -ef|grep tns

3、root@OAServer2 # su - oracle

kill -9 20044 杀掉一个进程，再远程连接数据库成功
