原因：异常中提示Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace，说明找不到对应的XML文件，这时候你应该检查你的应用中是否缺少spring-tx的jar包，或者是你的maven工程缺少spring-tx的引用。

解决方法：

在工程中添加spring-tx的jar包，或者在pom.xml中添加如下代码
