解决一次ESX上的数据库服务器的审计问题

A few days ago,our commpany asked to audit DB2 server,But the DB2 server was a virtual machine in the ESX.And the audit machine need parallel connection to the DB2 server,So It must be separated from the ESX and only monitor the server's action.So I must think out a good plan.Above all, let us look at the structure of the ESX network.



The virtual machine exchange data through the vSwitch, So we can modify this position.
1.The first step,I make a new port group and a vSwitch2,and link the vmnic1 to vSwitch2
2.We need a new true switch,change the interface on the vmnic1 to one port in the new switch,the audit machine and vmnic1 connect to another two ports.
3.modify the DB2 server virtual network card From vSwitch1 to vSwitch2.
