中文意思：Eclipse可执行文件的启动器无法找到它的共享库（google告诉我的，目前的英文水平还不咱滴，正努力中）

问题的原因：问题就出在上面红色的小字，说的找不到库就是指那个。

解决办法：把--launcher.library

plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.win32.win32.x86_64_1.1.2.R36x_v20101222

删除就可以了。
