打开D:\Program Files\tomcat6\bin\hs_err_pid4560.log

有如下2行：

后来通过上网查找，得到如下解决方案，顺利解决：
给jdk添加启动参数：

-XX:CompileCommand=exclude,org/hibernate/cfg/annotations/SimpleValueBinder.setType
