手动建库 - scott 创建

手动建库发现scott 用户没有，下面来建一下：

step1：

Check user:

SQL> select username,password from dba_users;

total 7 users.

Step2: create user from utlsampl.sql

[oracle@aoracle admin]$ sqlplus / as sysdba;

发现scott 么有被lock, 如果lock 的话：

SQL> alter user scott account unlock;

User altered.
