奇怪的事情又来了--从sqlplus里不能启动oracle.

一个双节点的RAC。

其中一个节点关闭了。

于是想启动,结果报错了。

曾经咨询过oracle support，据说在里面和在外面启动和关闭效里是一致的。

从这里看肯定是有区别的。到底是什么区别有必要进一步考察。
