最近，网友提出了一些新的文件类型，确实是源代码统计工具（SourceCounter）不支持的代码类型。

.xml文件的注释不区分单行还是多行，注释开始字符为：<!--，结束字符为：-->

.properties文件的注释仅有单行，注释字符为：#

我尝试修改rules.xml文件，添加：
