C# 计算机重启、关机、注销

利用C#实现计算机的重启、关机、注销，实际上就是调用windows的API函数。如果对API函数比较了解的话，这些操作就相当简单。这里对API函数就不做解释，如果感兴趣，可以查阅相关文档。
