DIY属于个人开发使用的CSS Reset

由于最近的需要，重新复习了CSS.温故而知新，发现以前学习时有很多的遗漏.如对CSS的预定义处理，也就是reset，根本地忽视了.可以说是没有这个概念吧，但潜移默化中还是有这样处理的,只是不知道这就是reset而已,而且都比较乱.今天上网看了一些文章的介绍，也来整理一份reset,方便以后开发使用.
