Description
某新校区刚刚建成,共有n栋楼房,其中只有网络中心这栋楼已经连接到Internet,但是其他楼房和网络中心之间没有电缆连接,所以无法上网。我们的目的是让所有楼房都能上网,即每个楼房和网络中心之间都有直接或者间接的电缆连接。
在这个新校区中,每条实线表示一根网络连接线,它的长度等于两个楼房中心位置的几何距离。整个校区以邻接矩阵 ( )形式给出:若 不为0则表示结点I到结点j之间的几何距离( );当 时, 。其中,节点1是该网络中心所在的位置。为了节省成本,希望所有连接线的总长度尽量小。请求出总长度的最小值。 (下图是该新校区的楼房分布图以及布线图)

Input
下面是输入数据的格式:第一行是一个整数,表示测试数据的组数;每组测试数据的第1行是一个正整数n(0<n<100),表示新校区楼房的个数;每组测试数据的第2行到第n+1行,每行n个整数,表示图的邻接矩阵。同一行的数据之间相隔一个空格。
Output
每一组测试数据输出一行,含一个整数,表示连接线的总长度的最小值。
