tomcat中文问题解决

Tomcat乱码改变主要可通过过滤器实现，但对于初学者比较难于实现，所以现给出一个可用的中文过滤器以及配置方法

下面是过滤器的源代码

在servlet文件中加入response.setContentType("text/html;charset=GBK");response.setCharacterEncoding("gbk");
